94f147bee1 feat: global pnpmfile 
A global pnpmfile can be used by setting the `global-pnpmfile`.
The global pnpmfile is composed with any local pnpmfile.

0b089049bc ci(appveyor): only test on Node.js 4 
AppVeyor is super slow, so we run tests only on the oldest
supported Node version.
