* docs(blog): implement blog

This enables blog with a simple welcome to the blog post.

* docs(blog): add authors page

* chore(docusaurus): update docusaurus to v3.9.1

* docs(blog): add a description for each author

* docs(blog): refactor the image url for each author

* docs: update author name
