Changed the names of the wee-config utilities to use underscores instead of hyphens. This is because module names with hyphens in them are not valid Python names.

weewx communicates with a weather station to produce graphs, reports, and HTML
pages. weewx can publish data to weather services such as WeatherUnderground,
PWSweather.com, or CWOP.
