weewx.conf
rename sample_period to polling_interval. fix lurking uninitialized variable in fousb sync. deal with another delay=None condition. added explanation in usersguide about fousb polling and archive intervals. default to 60 second polling interval instead of 30.

weewx communicates with a weather station to produce graphs, reports, and HTML
pages. weewx can publish data to weather services such as WeatherUnderground,
PWSweather.com, or CWOP.

weewx is licensed under the GNU Public License v3.
