Bench: define MESHTASTIC_STAGE_TX_PAYLOAD at file scope
The macro landed inside the #elif ARCH_PORTDUINO arm of the RF-switch block, so on any board taking the LR11X0_DIO_AS_RF_SWITCH arm - the T1000-E among them - it was never defined and the two call sites would not compile. Pure move, no change in expansion. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01A8t5a5eTjHb7MtMQ88WBu4
