Port the git server (:4070) used by the git-sync specs into misc/server:
per-repo auth overrides, repo setup/teardown and push support, started from
index.ts.

Share the backend project meta.json reader across cloud-sync specs, use locator assertions in the git-sync disabled specs, and split the pull-conflict spec into explicit cases.

Bob QiuandClaude Sonnet 5.5 f891ba85a0 fix(insomnia-test): remove isVisible/innerText race when reading variable modal 
readVariableModal checked row.isVisible() then awaited row.innerText(); when the
async Source recompute unmounted the row in between, innerText waited 30s.
Read an atomic DOM snapshot and wait for it to settle, and wait for the custom
template preview in the modal-editing spec.
