Replace __dirname with import.meta.dirname and import insomnia-data enums
as types only (the package is ESM-only at runtime), which made
`playwright test --list` fail in the shard matrix job.

readVariableModal checked row.isVisible() then awaited row.innerText(); when the
async Source recompute unmounted the row in between, innerText waited 30s.
Read an atomic DOM snapshot and wait for it to settle, and wait for the custom
template preview in the modal-editing spec.

per-repo auth overrides, repo setup/teardown and push support, started from
