Brad Fitzpatrick 8519cab83d net/dns/resolver: handle tabs as whitespace when ExitDNS parses resolv.conf ...

On Synology, the /etc/resolv.conf has tabs in it, which this
resolv.conf parser (we have two, sigh) didn't handle.
