This reverts commit 9e4b68a364.
This does not work as intended - it only changes docs files and to
make it change drive files would take an extra roundtrip.
I think the sematics of server side copy are now correct - additional
features should be added with a new flag.

Rclone

- MD5/SHA-1 hashes checked at all times for file integrity
- Timestamps preserved on files
- Partial syncs supported on a whole file basis
- Copy mode to just copy new/changed files
- Sync (one way) mode to make a directory identical
