razze 67154d6522 dir: Fix missing apps in native sideload repository listings 
Apps in native sideload repositories are missing from local-only API
queries, and remote-ls --sideloaded fails to list them.

Use the collection-aware summary lookup to read refs from the
repository's own collection as well as mirrored collections.
Test remote-ls --sideloaded with native and USB repositories, checking
that it lists only the sideloaded app with the expected commit.
